Where we deliver and what it costs

We ship purchases to the destinations supported by this store’s checkout. Enter your address to see the applicable delivery options and charges before authorizing payment; an address being entered does not guarantee that a service is available.

Preparing your order

After successful payment authorization, normal processing takes approximately 1–2 business days. Estimated transit is a separate 4–6 business days after dispatch. Weekends and applicable public holidays are excluded. These are estimates, not a guaranteed arrival date.

Address details and tracking

Check your street address, unit, postal code and contact details before ordering. Tell us promptly about an error; changes may not be possible once dispatch begins. When tracking is issued, use the carrier updates to follow progress. The first scan may not appear immediately.

If delivery needs attention

Weather, carrier disruption, holidays and address problems can cause delays. For a late or apparently lost parcel, a delivered scan without a parcel, or damage on arrival, email nuravuk107@gmail.com. Include your order number, checkout email and tracking reference. For damage or missing contents, retain the packaging and provide photographs so we can investigate.
