How long does delivery take?

Allow about 1–2 business days for processing after payment authorization, then an estimated 4–6 business days in transit after dispatch. Weekends and applicable holidays do not count. Destinations and shipping charges are shown during checkout. See our Shipping Policy.

Can I return something because I changed my mind?

Our voluntary policy does not cover preference changes or an incorrectly chosen size or option. Applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.

What if the product has a problem?

Report damage, defects, an incorrect item, missing parts or a material description mismatch within 30 calendar days after delivery. Keep the packaging and send order details with supporting images; obtain approval before returning anything. Full instructions are in the Refund Policy.

How soon are refunds processed?

Once approved, a refund is processed and initiated to the original payment method within 10 calendar days. Posting to your account can take longer, depending on the provider.
